Here's the current update on happenings in the SPF camp.
The Trailer: The very first revisions movie trailer is--I kid you not--almost done. Completing the nearly three-minute preview, titled "The Beginning of the End," was nothing short of daunting. Assembling the work James, Scott, Ted, and I did at separate work stations saw computers crashing, compatibility issues kicking us left and right, and so many other things I'd rather not re-live at this particular time. We're all banged up and tired, but exceptionally eager to finally present to you a sample of the project we've poured so much of ourselves into for the past year. We still can't promise a date (we know better than that by now), but it will be up on the revisions website very, very soon.
The revisions Website: As Scott said in his previous post, the revisions website has been updated. Specifically, there are two more songs on the Soundtrack page: "Ink" from Elephants Gerald and "I Guess It's Alright" from Ratband. More soundtrack items are coming soon along with some new production photos.

There's a few of us SPF producers who are big baseball fans, so we've decided to make an event out of the Minnesota Twins' home opener this year. We're sitting in the nosebleeds--upper deck general admission--where tickets are cheap and the beer is watered down, but it shall and will be much fun. If you'd like to join us, be sure to purchase tickets soon--they are nearly sold out. Or email me (at@siegeperilousfilms.com) ASAP; I still have a few remaining tickets. We'll meet at the Metrodome outside Gate A at 6:00 PM on Friday, April 4th. Please feel free to come on down, cheer for the Twins, and help us yell at the umps.
AT Gab: Every Wednesday evening we hold our weekly producer's meeting. The last few meetings have been dominated by trailer concerns, budget concerns, and plans for wrapping up the few scenes left to be shot for revisions. Last night's meeting was longer and more fiery than most; we're all feeling the itch to get revisions completed and out, but at the same time we absolutely refuse to compromise quality on any part of the film. Those two simple factors combined mean one thing: we are all working our tails off. Amidst all of our other concerns--jobs, school, family, friends--we are each logging hours upon hours every week to see through this project--a film that we all firmly believe is worth the countless hurdles we've jumped and have yet to jump. To everyone who visits this site regularly and even not-so-regularly, thank you repeatedly for your interest and patience. Each step is one step closer to done. Then it's on to the next project! I'm getting ahead of myself ...
