Saturday Night's All Right

On Saturday we shot some additional footage for the "party scene" in revisions. The shoot — the third of its kind to get everything we needed--called for a lot of extras to act as party-goers and react to the fight that occurs. Well the third time's a charm; we had a good bunch of people lend their time and faces, and all seemed to have a good time despite the hot lights and down time between takes. I've heard quite a bit of grateful banter coming from my producer colleagues since the shoot, so I'll offer up a big "thanks" from us to all who came down and helped out.
We threw a real party after the mock party shoot was completed. Food was grilled, beers were consumed, and my band AT/DT performed a variable set of our rock n' roll satisfaction. The evening was a lot of fun and a complete success. We're finally getting really efficient and staying on schedule at our shoots. This happens, of course, when there is very little left to actually get in the can. Whatta ya gonna do?
