Website Update

You all are probably aware that we are quickly approaching the completion of revisions. As we begin to plan the public release of our movie, it has become apparent to us that we really need to think about SPF as an entity. In the beginning--when we were just starting work on the film--SPF and revisions were virtually the same thing. The company existed solely to make this one film. Now that we have proved to ourselves that we truly can make the type of high-quality films we want to produce, the reality is that SPF and revisions are two totally different things. We need to made the differentiation between the corporate entity of Siege Perilous Films (yes, we are incorporating) and the movies we produce.
A few weeks ago we took the first step in this process by launching a new revisions website. Tonight we are taking the second step by updating the SPF website to more accurately reflect what we are: an independent film company. As with any growth process, there are bound to be pains. If you experience any weirdness with the website, please let me know.
As we wrap up post production on revisions, we are planning a big push to get word out about the film. Please be sure to visit our contact page and fill out your mailing address in the form we've set up there. We want to be able to send both email and postal mail reminders about our showings and events, and the only way we can invite you to the special activities we are planning is if we have all your contact information.
I'm planning on continualy adding new features to both the SPF and revisions sites on at least a weekly basis from here on out, so please keep checking back for updates. To start things off, yesterday we announced a handful of new artists who have contributed to the revisions soundtrack. Check out the music page on the revisions mini-site for more information.
